Introduction - SMV Series

Mold Visual Monitoring System is based on image processing principle. It can monitor the mold in real time and protect the mold, avoiding non-productive time and ensuring production persistency. Processing time less than 0.02 seconds, good inspection performance and high accuracy.

Adopt with Camera, Light, Controller 10"/12", Alarm Lamp with buzzer and connecting wire for connect with Injection Molding Machine

Avoid non-productivity production

Check any short-shot part or reject product after mold open
Check product ejection after mold open
Check the inserted part location after inserting the part into the mold

Prevent the damage of the mold

Check the core puller and ejector is back to position after taking out the product
Check any abnormal thing on the mold before close the mold
